Cancellation Policy

Amber Aura Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Amber Aura for your healing and transformational journey. To create a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, please review the following booking policies: 1. Payment & Deposits A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance is due before your appointment begins. Alternatively, you may choose to pay the full amount upfront at the time of booking. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations 24-Hour Notice: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid additional charges. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. This amount will be deducted from your deposit or charged to the payment method on file. No-Shows: If you fail to attend your session without notice, the full service amount will be charged, and no refunds will be issued. 3. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your session, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients. The full session fee will still apply. 4. Refund Policy Deposits are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to a future session if proper notice is given (24+ hours in advance). Refunds are not available for completed services. 5. Emergency Considerations I understand that unexpected emergencies happen. If you experience a true emergency, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate you on a case-by-case basis. By booking a session with Amber Aura, you agree to these terms. These policies ensure that I can continue to provide the best possible service to all clients while honoring the time and energy invested in each session.
