Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive healing technique that uses touch to promote relaxation and activate the body's natural healing processes. Originating in Japan, it aims to restore physical and emotional well-being by channeling energy to support the body's natural ability to heal itself.

Meditation is a practice that involves focusing the mind and eliminating the stream of thoughts that normally occupy our consciousness. Through various techniques, such as mindfulness and/or focused breathing meditation aims to promote relaxation, inner peace, and heightened awareness.
